Delete your account

You can delete your Pounce account and its data at any time, from the app or without it.
In the app
Open You → Settings → Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
Without the app
Email us (hello at gopounce dot app) from the address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account. We delete it within 30 days, usually within a business day, and reply to confirm. If you no longer use that address, tell us the address on the account, and we will check that it is yours before we delete anything.
Deleting your account does not cancel Pounce Pro.
Cancel it first, in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, or on
iPhone in your Apple Account's subscriptions.
What is deleted
- your account: your email address and how you sign in;
- the shows you track and the artists you follow;
- your alert filters, your alerts and your answers about them;
- your saved location and your settings;
- your Crowd posts, reactions and reports;
- any Show Passes on the account, used or not;
- the push tokens that let us reach your phones.
There is no grace period and no hidden copy.
What we keep, and for how long
- Purchase records: kept without your name or email, so purchases can be verified and restored, and for our accounting.
- App usage data: up to 12 months, under a random ID that does not name you.
- Technical data used to prevent abuse: deleted within a day.
